Shipping & Delivery Policy
How we process, ship and deliver your order. Last updated 24 June 2026.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking when it ships.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can extend delivery beyond the windows above.
Shipping cost
All prices and shipping charges are shown in US dollars (USD). A flat shipping fee is shown at checkout, and orders over USD 55 qualify for free standard shipping. Any duties or taxes are calculated separately (see Customs below).
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved after 7 business days, contact us at support@gbneville.shop.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or shipping fee. We cannot predict or refund these charges.
Damaged, lost or delayed parcels
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will resend or refund the order.
Incorrect address & failed delivery
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it went unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (a further shipping fee may apply) or a refund of the item value less the original shipping cost.
