We sell plain, unbranded physical consumer goods — bags, pouches, tags, sleeves and shelf organizers for everyday bicycle commuting. We are an online retailer of our own goods. We do not offer any trade, fitting or on-site work through this website; we only ship physical products. Our items are general everyday accessories, not safety-certified or protective equipment.

3. Pricing & currency

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of our margin but exclusive of any import duties or local taxes. We may update prices and product details at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred — and will refund any payment taken.
